These terms govern your use of the ComplifyGST website and services. By engaging ComplifyGST for GST, tax or compliance work, you agree to the terms below.

Services

ComplifyGST provides GST registration, return filing, notice reply, audit assistance, income tax filing, company/LLP/partnership registration, accounting and related compliance services, as described on our Services and Pricing pages.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required for filings
• Review filings and communications shared for confirmation before submission where requested
• Make payments for services as per the agreed plan or engagement

Fees & Payments

Plan pricing is as published on our Pricing page and may be revised with prior notice. One‑time services (registrations, notice replies, audits) are billed separately as quoted.

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise due diligence and professional care in every filing, ComplifyGST is not liable for penalties, interest or losses arising from inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.

Confidentiality

All client information shared with us is treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the engaged services.

Termination

Either party may discontinue services with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
